Just because-
Erect, bipedal and
Infected by a little sanity.
Are we human enough?
An attribute to a noun.
Hypocrisy at it's best.
Our barbarism;
Honey coated; with
The justifications of
Our evolutionary triumph.
Until someone else
Writes our histories-
Heaven will go by favor.
And we'll always be-
The 'human' beings.
