Bound Freedom

Ae azaadi bhi,
Kati patang jaise hai...

Manjhe se chutkara
pane ki khusi toh hai jaroor..

Lekin hawa ke isharo pe
nachne ka khayal,
hamesha chubta rahta hai..

Translation-
 

“This freedom is like a cut loose kite.

Sure there's happinesses of getting rid of the thread.

But the thought of dancing to the commands of the wind keeps on pricking me”.
